Return and Refund Policy

At BE GUMP not trump, most items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or accidental orders.

We want every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by a production or fulfillment error.

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet the conditions above.
