Most items in our store are made to order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed, then shipped once production is complete.

Orders are typically processed and sent into production after payment is received. Production times may vary depending on the item, order volume, product availability, and fulfillment partner timelines.

Because many products are made to order, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location, the shipping method selected at checkout, carrier delays, and fulfillment availability.

Once your order ships, you may receive tracking information by email when available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered, shipping destination, and available shipping options.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is largely outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using the tracking information provided.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
